At the end of the day, when they are thinking about homes that are in the top 3 potential homes, they will see your well designed flyer with a scan code that will bring up your direct mls listing. A buyer without an agent can reach directly out to you.

Open house flyer stands/ business card stands:
Look professional with flyer stands and business card holders for your open house. We will drop the stands off with your sign install, and pick up after your open house.

Open house mailers:
Open house mailers are a great way to get the word out about your open house and listing. We can design a postcard or letter to mail out before your open house to let potential buyers in the area know about the date and times of your upcoming open houses. We will work directly with you to design the postcard and come up with your farming area. We can develop the list of homes your postcard will go to and take care of all of the printing and mailing. We use a wholesale printer for the best prices you can find.

Open house flags are a great way to catch the eye of potential customers. Our installers will install with your sign package order and pick up after your open house
